I constantly challenge myself as a coach as a result of being exposed to different cultures and coaching various age groups. Growing up in the Middle East and studying both in India and England has given me multiple avenues to connect with people to build my emotional intelligence levels as a coach and educator.
I played football representing youth academy set ups such as Nizwa and Sidab in Oman and was part of the Al-Saad academy set up in the Qatar Stars Youth League for 15 months from the age of 16.
My first footstep into coaching was coaching at a grassroots and sub-elite level with the Paris Saint Germain Academy in India. In 2016, whilst choosing to pursue my Masters in Sport Coaching, I held the role of Assistant coach for the Leeds Metropolitan men’s university team playing in the BUCS League. Alongside coaching the university team, I have coached in grassroots environments in the West Yorkshire region under the umbrella of West Riding Football Association.
I have specialised as an Academy analyst and First team performance analyst (2016-2018), filming and coding games with Bradford City A.F.C. closely assisting the first team manager Stuart Mccall .
