Intensive Small Group Training

Futsal Advanced Skills Training is a program which combines the fast paced game of futsal along with a small group training environment to create the perfect development program for players who are serious about improving their game.

Sessions are lead by our highly experienced and energetic coaches who guide players through a variety of fast paced and multi-layered training activities which focus not only on improving advanced level technical skills but also on physical and mental development.

Regular team training sessions typically focus on the development needs of the team as a whole with individual technical, physical, and cognitive development often being neglected.

F.A.S.T. fills this void and provides the perfect supplementary training program for any series player.

Program Details

 

F.A.S.T. as two different training levels for participants to choose from.

Level 1 - F.A.S.T. Development

Playing Level: Experienced rec to lower comp.

This is our introductory program for less experienced players who are eager to improving their game.

During sessions participants will be introduced to various individual technical skills which will be refined before progressing onto more advanced training techniques.

In addition to technical development emphasis is also placed on physical and metal development.

Level 2 - F.A.S.T. Performance

Playing Level: Mid to higher level comp.

This is our higher level training option. It is designed for driven and determined competitive players who are serious about elevating their game.

To participate in the program players should be proficient with all individual technical skills and able to train in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Intricate training activities will combine advanced level skill development with physical and cognitive development elements.
